I tore down the old wooden chimmney and built the angled superstructure.

We used a cast stone. I put up a wire mesh over the plywood surface and cemented the stones in place. I started at the top and worked down. This kept the cement from falling down onto finished stones.

Always do the corners first. Here all the stones are in place on the conrners.

This is the acutal first time I ever got up on one ski. I had just dropped off the second and was doing OK.

Here I've had it. Lost the tow rope and hitting the water.

Lost the ski....

I hit hard. If you look close, you can see my feet sticking up out of the top of the spray.
